Music for the Hills Playlist

The End of an Era

It has come time to close a chapter in Black Owl Outdoors history, and that is the chapter of Music for the Hills. Initially Music for the Hills was going to be a perpetual playlist of songs I that dig and subsequently arranged. The songs are not chosen at random; each song is placed in order for the energy to move as it needs to. Which brings me to my point.

Music for the Hills Vol. One: Pine Trees

45 songs with a folk, bluegrass undertone mixed with roots reggae, hence the subtitle, Pine Trees. Most of the music originates from a place where pine trees are prevalent. Vol. One is meant to be listened to on repeat, the last song running directly back into the first completing the cycle. The next volume of Music for the Hills, started in early 2017, will be titled Music for the Hills Vol. Two: Palm Trees, and will feature music predominately from areas where palm trees grow.
